How long does it take for  inventory to ship? 

All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 5-7 DAYS FOR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.

How much is shipping? 

We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible for our customers! Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 no matter how many items you order! Additionally, all orders over $50 ship FREE!

Do you offer local pickup?

We currently do not offer local puck-up. 

USPS tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Ladybugs Children's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any shipping delays that are USPS related, products that are lost or damaged in the mail and misdelivered packages are the responsibility of USPS. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your order shows delivered by USPS but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package or file a claim.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Some coupon codes are available for a limited period of time and others are only available for a one-time use. Any free shipping offer is for standard USPS shipping, only. Our system does not allow for stacking coupon codes, so pick the one you like best. Coupon codes can not be applied to previous orders. 

How do I find out about sales or special offers?

We occasionally offer sales or special discounts. You can sign up to receive notifications for our sales through email on our main web page. We invite you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, too! All sales or offer codes are for a specified or limited time and can not be applied to previous orders.
